Please note:

>We use signature services for all our shipments. This is for our customer's protection. Please make sure that someone is at the address you have specified for delivery, to sign for receipt of your order. You can select a different delivery address when placing your order, such as your workplace or a neighbours address. To do this simply indicate to us what address you require.

Please Note: If you use a different delivery address your receipt will still be sent to your billing address

>A signature will also be required for the safe deliver your goods.

>We don't charge shipping more than once! If your order contains multiple items, some of which may not yet be in stock, we will charge shipping just the once, and ship each item as soon as it is available

What we do before we ship your new bike:

All cycles are assembled, tested, and then repackaged before shipping, with minor assembly required before riding.

What is included with your bike:

We include the following with your new cycle purchase. Please note that sometimes the content varies a little depending on the make and model:

Allen Key Multi-Tool
15mm Pedal Spanner
Assembly guide sheet
Manufacturers Instructions (As supplied)

By using the assembly guide sheet, and included tools you should have all you need to get your bike up and running within just a few minutes.

What you need to do:

In order to safely pack your cycle we do the following:

>We remove the pedals. These are easily fitted with a little grease and a 15mm spanner

>We sometimes also need to remove the front wheel and/or handlebars. The wheel is fitted using a quick-release lever. The handlebars are fitted using an allen-key. We include an Allen Key multi-tool for you to do this too.

The assembly instruction sheet in your bike pack provided with your bike gives more details on fitting your pedals, front wheel and handlebars where neccasary.

Shipping Explained:

We only charge shipping once, if a part of your order is delayed you will not be charged again when the delayed item is shipped. (UK Only)

We can ship to an alternative delivery address.

Additional ID may be requested to ensure that your order reaches you securely.

We use Initial City Link service.

ALL of our deliveries require a signature for your security, and for your security we can't ask your delivery driver to leave your parcel behind the shed.

Shipped by Initial City Link, this is normally a 5 day service on in-stock items ordered by noon. Orders placed after noon on Friday will not be processed until Monday, as our priority service does not deliver on Saturdays.
